These Terms & Conditions apply to all online purchases and workshop bookings made through Tresamade.

By purchasing jewellery or booking a workshop, you agree to the policies below.

1. Online Shop

Prices are listed in euros (€). Payment is required at checkout. Orders are processed once payment has been received.

Shipping times and costs are shown at checkout. Delivery time estimates are not guaranteed, but we do our best to ship promptly. If a package is delayed due to the postal service, customs or courier, Tresamade is not responsible for the delay.

2. Returns & Exchanges (Jewellery)

Jewellery purchases are non-returnable and non-refundable. We do not accept returns if the item does not match personal taste, preferences or expectations. Please check product descriptions and photos carefully before purchasing.

If the jewellery arrives damaged or faulty, please email us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will review the case and offer a repair, replacement or other solution depending on the situation.

3. Workshops

Full payment is required at the time of booking to reserve your place.

If you need to cancel, please let us know at least 1 week before the workshop date. You may choose:

  • A full refund

  • Moving your booking to a different workshop date

  • A credit to use later

If you cancel less than 1 week before the workshop, refunds are not available. You may choose:

  • Moving your booking to a different date

  • Credit equal to the value of your booking to use later

If you do not show up without notifying us, no credit or rescheduling is offered.

Tresamade reserves the right to cancel or reschedule workshops if minimum numbers aren’t met or due to unexpected circumstances. In these cases, you can request a refund, a new date or a credit.

4. Workshop Safety & Responsibility

Tools and materials are provided. Participants must follow safety instructions during the workshop. Tresamade is not responsible for injuries caused by unsafe behaviour or failure to follow instructions.

Tresamade is not responsible for personal belongings brought to the workshop.

5. Personal Data

We only collect the information necessary to process orders and bookings. Personal data is not shared with third parties except for payment processing and delivery services. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.

6. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Estonia. Any disputes will be handled under Estonian jurisdiction.

Shipping & Delivery Information

Orders are shipped from Tallinn, Estonia. Shipping is available domestically and internationally.

Processing time

Most orders are processed and shipped within the estimated timeframe shown at checkout. Custom jewellery may take longer depending on the design — if so, this will be clearly noted on the product page.

Delivery times

Delivery times vary based on the destination and courier. Once shipped, delays caused by postal services, couriers or customs are outside Tresamade’s control.

Shipping costs

Shipping fees are shown at checkout before payment. Customers are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes if applicable.

Lost or delayed packages

If a parcel is delayed long enough to be considered lost by the courier, please contact us at hello@tresamade.com. We will follow up with the courier and work toward a solution.

Damaged items

If an item arrives damaged, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos so we can assist.
