Ready-made pieces
I ship ready-made jewellery within 3 working days from Tallinn, Estonia.
Delivery time depends on your location and postal service, but most parcels arrive within 1–3 weeks. You’ll receive a tracking link as soon as your order is on its way.

Custom pieces & made-to-order
For custom jewellery, please allow up to 2 weeks for me to create your piece before it ships. Once it has been posted, delivery time is the same as for ready-made pieces.

Yes, I ship internationally.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on your location. If your location is not listed, please contact me at hello@tresamade.com and I am happy to look into shipping options for your country.

Please note:

• Any customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees are the responsibility of the person receiving the package.

• Occasionally, parcels may be delayed or held by customs or the local tax office. Unfortunately, I have no control over these delays.

Because most of my jewellery is one-of-a-kind or custom made, I generally do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or wrong size.

However, I always want you to be happy with your piece:

• If you notice anything broken, damaged, or not as described when your order arrives, please contact me within 14 days with your order number and a photo.

• If the fit isn’t quite right, get in touch and we’ll see if a resize or adjustment is possible.

• I’ll do my best to repair, replace, or otherwise make it right wherever I can.
